As a combat athlete, I know how you feel.

The pain of losing—it stings, especially when you’ve put in countless hours of training and sacrifice. The disappointment of not reaching your potential can be discouraging, and often, it feels like you're missing something crucial. For me, it wasn’t just the losses on the mat that were tough, but the moments of doubt—wondering if I was doing everything I could to reach my peak. Transitioning into strength and conditioning after those experiences was my way of taking control, seeking out the methods that could change the game.

This journey wasn’t easy. It meant confronting my limitations, diving deep into physical performance, and learning how to overcome the setbacks that had held me back. But over time, through structured training, evidence-based strategies, and a focus on real-world application, I found the tools necessary in unlocking my true potential and developing a deeper understanding of human performance. This approach allowed me to not only improve my own results, but to help athletes of ALL levels break through their plateaus and achieve success.

With over five years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of training UWW Wrestlers, UFC Fighters, IBJJF Black Belts, NFL Athletes, and youth athletes—each with unique goals and challenges. Through this, I’ve learned that the process of growth is just as important as the outcome. As I continue my journey toward a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and pursue advanced certifications, I’m constantly evolving to bring the most cutting-edge strategies to those I coach.
